Three ways to make an impact
Serve Like Casey
Meet Casey,
She has served with Job Connection Program for almost three years. Casey’s heart for helping others learn is evidenced by her desire to listen first and then provide guidance.
Career Seekers are paired with advocates like Casey, who walk with them through their employment journey, offering support and encouragement. They attend a weekly class together at Watermark South Dallas, focused on job training skills and discipleship in the workplace.
Casey explains, “It’s beautiful to see how our career seekers and volunteers just light up when they see how the Lord is using every single person here.”
Relationships are forged through discipleship which is a testament to the power of Jesus at work as lives are changed one by one through innovative and sustainable economic transformation.

We have three urgent needs. as we are in the heart of the Spring semester.

Coach South Dallas business owners in The Business Cohort. Do you enjoy leading in small group settings? Empower others through Financial Catalyst.
The Business Cohort Business Coach
Provide support and guidance to entrepreneurs. Help them with navigating resources and applying class curriculum directly to their businesses in The Business Cohort.
Allies are small group leaders who guide conversations and build relationships by facilitating application of spiritual and financial principles while providing accountability and empowerment in Financial Catalyst.
Job Connection Program Employer Partner
We invite local businesses to partner with Job Connection Program by offering employment opportunities for recent graduates. As an employer, your business can play a pivotal role by hiring and supporting talented graduates in their professional development.
