Financial Catalyst Ally
Allies are small group leaders who guide conversations and build relationships by facilitating application of spiritual and financial principles and providing accountability and empowerment. There are opportunities to serve in North or South Dallas as an ally for 12 weeks (meeting weekly), 12 months (meeting monthly and pursuing one-on-one relationships outside of the meeting), or 15 months (combining both options).
Frequency: Weekly or Monthly on Mondays or Thursdays

Job Connection Program Employer Partner
We invite local businesses to partner with the Job Connection Program by offering employment opportunities for recent graduates. As an employer, your business can play a pivotal role by hiring and supporting talented graduates in their professional development. By participating, your business will welcome fresh, enthusiastic graduates into your team, offering them hands-on experience, mentorship, and a chance to develop new skills in a real-world setting. You will be tasked with guiding them through the workplace environment, offering training in job-specific skills, and providing ongoing support as they grow and evolve within your organization.

Financial Catalyst Production Team
Lead production efforts by managing audio-visual needs at Financial Catalyst. Tasks involve setting up, using, and putting away mics, soundboard, and projectors. Training is provided! There are opportunities to serve in North or South Dallas for 12 weeks (weekly), 12 months (monthly) or 15 months (combining both options). Job Connection Program Advocate
Advocates (mentors) provide support and guidance to individuals within the Job Connection Program. They assist participants in navigating resources, answering gospel-related questions, sharing personal stories on various employment topics, and praying for one another. Advocates work closely with participants during workshops, offering personalized support to make activities engaging and relevant to their career goals.
Frequency: 2.5 hours every Thursday evening for 10 weeks per cohort in both the Spring and Fall semesters.

Job Connection Program Facilitator
Facilitators lead our skill-enhancing training workshops on various topics/skills. They are responsible for presenting information, guiding discussions, and meeting the workshop objectives. This role is crucial to the Job Connection Program’s skill-enhancing workshops and requires strong communication and leadership skills.
Depending on availability, facilitators can teach a single workshop or multiple workshops. This is a great one-time serving opportunity for those with expertise in a specific area who want to make an impact.
Frequency: Varies by workshop but about 2.5 hours for facilitation + one pre-facilitation meeting.

A Host is the first point of contact for participants or guests. They welcome individuals, provide them with necessary information, and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. This role is key in making participants feel comfortable and valued.
Frequency: This role's commitment is for 10 weeks per cohort, running in both the Spring and Fall semesters on Thursday evenings.

Be the first point of contact for participants and volunteers, welcoming all with Biblical hospitality and information. Serving opportunities are available at Bootcamp and our 10-Week cohort.
