¡Hola! Mi nombre es Roberto Monroy but most of my friends call me ‘Rob.’ I was born in Mexico and moved to the states when I was 5 years old. I have one younger sister and two beautiful nieces – Emily and Olivia. I grew up right here in Dallas and love every bit of how multi-cultural our city is becoming. God used a friend to bring me to know Him a few years ago and I have since recognized how much I need to be reminded of the Gospel daily. I have a passion for innovation, technology and coming up with creative solutions that can meet a need. I love getting to wake up every day to help someone find a job or prepare for an interview. But my motivation comes from seeing how an individual’s life truly transforms from having a sustainable career and a relationship with God.

 Outside of work, I love meeting new people and listening to the adventure they have been on. I’m a huge Texas everything fan, but especially my Longhorns! Hook’em! When I’m resting, you may catch me rooting for the Mavs and Cowboys or enjoying time in the sun. Also, I enjoy laughing to the point I can’t breathe. So, mention a joke next time you see me. You may get some laughs.
